This Client brought their yearly Chief Marketing & Sales Officer Forum to Barcelona for the first time. The challenge was to provide an original venue and top class food, for their welcome gala dinner.

This client was looking for something special; the participants of this forum are well travelled and used to attending high end events. The MACBA was the answer; with its clean lines, striking modern architecture and ample space for this number, the client loved the freshness of the venue.

To offer something a little different, guided tours of the museum were available during reception drinks, giving guests an exclusive look at the modern art on show.

The next challenge was to provide some activities to entertain partners who had been invited along on the trip. The first activity was an exclusive cookery course, with top chefs explaining the secrets to some key Spanish recipes. This was a great success, with partners enjoying the fruits of their labour along with excellent accompanying wine. This activity gave them the chance to get to know one another better, in a more informal environment.

This was followed with a private guided tour of the Miró museum. With small groups and a guide to accompany each, they had a privileged insight in to this Spanish artist and his work.
